Find your medicine by searching its name or browsing Oncology and Hematology, press Buy now, then enter your name, mobile number and delivery address at checkout. You do not need an account.
Medicines marked “Rx required” are sold only against a valid prescription. When you buy one, you add a photo or PDF of your prescription, and our pharmacist checks it before the order is sent out.
Yes. Send it from the Upload prescription page with your name, mobile number and address. Our pharmacist reads it, calls you to confirm the medicines and the price, and prepares the order.
Cash on delivery, GCash, bank transfer, or a credit or debit card. Nothing is paid on the website: choose the way you want to pay when our team calls to confirm your order. Credit terms may be available for qualified distributor and hospital accounts.
The delivery charge is shown at checkout, before you place the order, so the total you see is the total you pay.
Everywhere in the Philippines. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM may be delivered the same day within Metro Manila, subject to stock and confirmation. Delivery to the rest of Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao takes longer, depending on the place and the courier.
Yes. Under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act (RA 9994) and the Magna Carta for Persons with Disabilities (RA 10754), qualified Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities get a 20% discount plus VAT exemption on medicines. Switch on "Senior Citizen or PWD discount" in your cart or at checkout and upload the ID. You see the estimated discount at once; it is confirmed when our pharmacist has checked the ID, before the order ships.
Yes. We are an accredited provider for the medical assistance programs of the PCSO, the DSWD, the Office of the Vice President and the Office of the President. At checkout, switch on "Guarantee letter", choose the program and upload the letter. Our team reads it, confirms the amount it covers on the call, and you pay only the balance on delivery.
Prices are shown as you pay them. Many cancer medicines are exempt from VAT by law; where VAT applies it is already in the price. For Senior Citizens and PWDs the VAT is taken off before the 20% discount, as the law requires, and the amount is shown on your order.
Open Track an order and enter your order number and the mobile number you ordered with. You will see whether the order is confirmed, packed, on the way or delivered.
Yes, as long as it has not been shipped. Tell our team when they call to confirm your order.
Only our pharmacy team, and only to prepare your order. Prescriptions are kept in private storage and are never shown on the website.
Try another name for it, such as its generic name or a brand name, since many medicines are known by more than one. If it still does not appear, send us your prescription and we will tell you whether we can supply it.
