How it works

Nothing to carry, nothing to remember.

Many of our customers order the same medicines every month, for themselves or for someone they care for. Rewards is for them: the longer you stay with us, the less each month costs.

  1. You join, once

    Your name, your number and a password. That is the whole membership: nothing to print, carry or renew.

  2. You buy as you always have

    Here on the website, on Messenger or Viber, over the phone or at our office. Give the number you joined with and the order is yours.

  3. Points arrive when the medicines do

    Once the order is delivered, the points are added to your account. You can see them any time by signing in.

  4. Next order, you pay less

    At checkout, or by telling our team, use your points. They come straight off the price of the medicines.

However you buy from us, it counts.

  • This website

    Order with the number you joined with. The points are added when the order is delivered.

  • Messenger

    Send your prescription as you do now, and tell us your number. Our team adds the points.

  • Phone or Viber

    Call or message +63 919 065 4463. Say your number and the order counts.

  • In person

    Give your number at the counter. The purchase counts the same as any other.

The questions people ask.

Is it really free?
Yes. There is no fee to join and nothing to buy first. The points are our way of saying thank you for coming back to us.
When are the points added?
Once the order is delivered. Cancelled orders earn nothing, and if an order is returned the points come off again.
I have a Senior Citizen or PWD discount. Do I still earn points?
Yes. The 20% discount and the VAT exemption apply as always, and whatever you pay for yourself earns points on top.
I pay with a guarantee letter. What counts?
The part of the order the letter covers earns nothing; the part you pay yourself earns points. Delivery charges never count.
Can I use my points for a family member?
Yes, on any order placed under your number. The points stay with you; who the medicines are for is up to you.
Can points be turned into cash?
No. Points are not cash and cannot be exchanged for it. They only take money off a later order with us.
