TemoGet 100 contains Temozolomide: what it is
Temozolomide is a chemotherapy medicine used for certain brain tumors. It works by damaging the DNA of cancer cells so they cannot keep dividing. For newly diagnosed glioblastoma it is given together with radiotherapy and then continued on its own.
Alkylating agent (oral chemotherapy)

- Newly diagnosed glioblastoma in adults, with radiotherapy and then on its own
- Newly diagnosed anaplastic astrocytoma in adults, as follow-on (adjuvant) treatment
- Anaplastic astrocytoma in adults that did not respond to earlier treatment
- Malignant glioma (such as glioblastoma or anaplastic astrocytoma) that came back or worsened after standard treatment, in children from 3 years, teenagers and adults
